The trailers for the series of films about Steptoe, Hancock, Frankie Howerd and Hughie Green have started airing on BBC-4... anyone seen them?

I had the same thoughts about Hugie Green.

I remember he got the occasional laugh on Opportunity Knocks, but nothing spectacular. I also remember a record where he was singing a few drinking songs "Show me the way to go home" etc.

I don't know what stance this drama will take, although it will undoubtedly involve Paula Yates
