I love both versions. Watching the 1967 & 1979 films makes me sad seeing all those superb actors/actresses now gone. Put what's on TV today to shame. :|

I like both versions too although I think that the re-make was the funnier one.

I like all of the Eric Sykes short films. My favourite one is Mr H is Late.
