NO FIXED ABODE 1960 PLAY

no fixed abode .....as anybody got this? I saw this originally and I used to wonder if Wilfrid Brambell got the part in STEPTOE because of this play, and I read somewhere a couple of years ago that , thats exactly what happened. Oh...Gawd I cud a bin sum one.... :oops:

You have certainly asked some difficult questions. Harold is well known for ironic singing. "What kind of fool am I" in Upstairs Downstairs, Upstairs Downstairs. I can’t recall “Hard Day’s Night”, but it is a typical song for Harold to sing. I bet Graham will know the answer, his knowledge of the show is much better than mine.

I haven’t seen “No Fixed Abode” either.

Where did you get the script ?

I also remember quite an unexpected explitive from the National Trust lady in the opening moments of the play.

I haven't read the whole thing myself, yet, as I only received it fairly recently. And as I haven't had the pleasure of the play, itself, the script will be the next best thing...
