'When Steptoe Met Son' on myspace videos

I discovered that the documentary When Steptoe Met Son is on myspace videos -
http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=31685411

Paints a pretty bleak picture though, and i dont think people were all that impressed with it. It was pretty much the first information i got on the 'behind the scenes', but ive since come across different viewpoints.

...and now I've watched it.
It is totally unchallengeable.
Based on an eye witness who saw them in Australia.
They hated each other.

At last the truth is out.

Cobblers!

..but congrats on finding it thrups

Hehe yeah true, cobblers!
Worth it for some of the rare footage though -- but very biased.

...yeah I liked the rare stuff - especially the interview with H where he goes on about the thrill of the rehearsal.

He looks like a man possessed!

Yes, I would really like to see a quality, in-depth interview with H, if one exists. A very interesting dude! I've seen very little of his other work really. Even his role in 'Jabberwocky' was a weird follow-on of Harold. Being trapped in typecasting for someone like him must surely have been horrible.

just watched this again for the first time since it was broadcast and it is worse than i remember it.
even the ending, the narrator saying wilf gave a half hearted tribute to harry following his death.completly ignoring wilfs appearance on tv when harry died, wilf cried his eyes out,i remember watching it,if wilf hated harry as much as this drivel would have you believe then he is one hell of an actor.
god save albert & harold!!
