Hi Guys and Girls.

You asked for it so here is a little teaser quiz to test your knowledge on the great show. (only wish i didn't know the answers, I would love to have a go at this)

Please follow the instructions on the link below.

I will name and shame,ha ha, those having a go at it back on this forum, plus of course announce all the marks.

This quiz is a bit of a tester to see if the gamer is in you all.

Myself and BOB are working on a much more player friendly Quiz for this site which we hope to get up and running later this year. 'Watch This Space'

I can see those boxsets coming in handy.

Good Luck

Colin

Postby frenchy » Sun Feb 08, 2009 3:58 pm

Hi Julie

I bet it is Steptoe the Kleptoe, it's just i'm crap at spelling!!!!!!!!!! but you all know what I mean.

One of the lines is not H or A speaking it.

Sorry guys, tha's all the clues you're getting so stop asking He he.

Can anyone tell me how to add a quotation to the bottom of these forum massages. I see a lot of you have them.

quiz

Postby frenchy » Sun Feb 08, 2009 8:36 pm

Blimey Charlie

You got me at it now. I know your sig, by I can't place it. Gawd it must be murder with 50 of these problems.

Just a thought.....I wonder if Bob has ever considered adding a live talk forum, now that would make an interesting quiz.

We used to play something similar on A.M. C.Bs years ago. Even though that was sound, the concept worked well.... em that could be fun. I bet there's a problem with adding live chat though.

As Bob don't seem to be about I wonder if anyone can tell me if this has been considered before, without me going through all the forum.

Thanks Julie for the advice on sig's, Hopefully the one I just added to my profile will follow this.
Very funny line, yet passed by with hardly a laugh. My sense of humour that.....hee hee

Frenchy - that line is one of my favourites, but I have nticed the studio audience don't even laugh... I have visins of Emily Steptoe (who we must assume was a big lady as ALBERT likes them meaty) putting up the paper as Albert is down the skinners arms.... classic line, why don't they laugh?

Hi Phil and all

Yes, that is my sense of humour, as my script page states, it reminds me of my childhood where Mum did do the decorating while Dad (also Albert) was down the Beehive. I think I was pasting paper at the age of six ish. I even remember being given a new brush for a Chrissy Pressy, Cheers Dad, close to child abuse now He he

Another note: Had to remove the Barrymore joke from the INTRUDER script today after a couple of warnings. Quote: In bad taste!......Can't say it surprised me.

Best quiz result to date. 41/50 and that wasn't even a forum member.

Cheers, Colin
