Didn't know where to bung this so I put it in here. Felt it was kinda news-ish.

It should have been a picture of both of them since they've both signed it, but it's a nice little gem indeed. I would love to be the owner.

Well at first I thought the other sig might've been Harry, as it is a Steptoe photograph, but I can't make out the name 'Corbett' whatsoever.

Hmm. I thought it was Harry as well but I have no idea now when you mention it. It's hard to see and my screen is so dark. This pc is falling apart.

It looks to me like on the left it says SINCERELY and on the right WILFRID BRAMBELL... Which is how he usually signed. Lovely pic.

It really is a nice picture thanks for posting it.

I am too cynical about buying this type of item. signatures are so easy to copy the provanance of the item really needs to be proved.

Yes, there should be caution with buying autographs.

Certificates of Authenticity are not worth the paper they are written on under UK law. They simply imply 'I think it is genuine'. They are not legally binding so you can supply one knowing that you can not prove the autograph is genuine. One of those legal loopholes.

Although there is no evidence that Wilfrid or Harry did, many stars who received fan mail for autographs have a secretary sign them. Some have even been know to use stamps.

I guess you just need to buy from someone you trust and feel happy with their story. Lots of genuine ones out there, but I don't buy them.
