Sad to hear about the death of the American actor, famous for playing tough guys with his large build and gravelly voice.
I particularly remember him from a series in the 80's 'Mancuso FBI' where he played the veteran agent.

His telly CV is remarkable, shows I'd forgotten, but I remember him best as a mobster (the seemingly inevitable fate of Italian American actors: typecasting) in John Landis’ “Innocent Blood” (1992). An underrated film, yet another example of where the folks at iMDB, et al, get it completely wrong. RIP.
