Wilfred's grave looks a bit sad.

It is a grave or it this the ploace where his ashes were scattered?

A bit of both actually. His ashes are buried there.


Harry's O.B.E. award originally [by mistake] went to Harry Corbett [of Sooty fame]. Ironically as that was the sole reason why Harry adopted the 'H' in his name - to be not confused with that bald bloke with a puppet [ for bookings/ work wise] It was awarded in 1976 for his efforts towards the Labour party.

i was thinking the same, his grave site reminds me of how Albert Steptoes would look , i did look them both up myself though ,on 'find a grave' many moons ago and thought how sad wilfrids looked then ,
Thats not dust, its bleedin topsoil.
