Found it (bout time too.)
In "Sunday For Seven Days" Albert & Harold are getting dressed, they're off to the pictures.
Harold says "It's too late to change now", bumps into the mirror and it swings toward the studio camera, which can be clearly seen in the refection (3:04).

One that irritates me and I don't know why...

In "Cuckoo In The Nest", Arthur is referred to as Harold's "Step Brother". But they have the same father which makes him a HALF brother. I wondered did Wilfrid mess up the line and Harry then just went along with it, or was it just a script error?

Just watched "loathe story" recently and look carefully when Halrold is reminiscing to the psychiatrist about old times.
When Harold talks about picking his dad up every night outside the "Skinners Arms"
Well look close the "Skinners Arms" is actually the Lambert arms. More visible on the side of the pub as Albert is slung on the cart.

Harold " the silly short arse git, he used to think he looked like Errol Flynn"

Beg to differ...

Stepbrother: A son of one's stepmother or stepfather by a union with someone other than one's father or mother respectively.
Stepbrother: A brother who has only one parent in common with you.
