Ann Beach (Steptoe and Son - And Son!) also appears in "The City of the Dead" (1960) aka "Horror Hotel" starring Christopher Lee. She plays a mute housekeeper.

Bill Maynard from the second Steptoe movie, I am sure a lot of us would remember him as Greengrass in Heartbeat and a few Carry on movies.

She's talented, funny, fearless...what's not to like? :)
Norman Bird (the residents association spokesperson in "Without Prejudice" and the bank manager in "Men of Property") also appears as the vicar in the second series of Rising Damp and in Fawlty Towers' "Waldorf Salad".

Has anyone mentioned Neil McCarthy yet? Was watching "...Ride Again" and realized, hang on...he must be Calibos in that Ray Harryhausen film "Clash of the Titans." Seems he's also in Time Bandits and Where Eagles Dare, though I don't recall where.
