Oh, if we're talking Crumpet...
For me it has always been Harold's half sister 'Monique', the french girl from 'Steptoe A La Carte'. She could sell me some old rags any day!!
Also, Harold's cousin in 'Oh What A Beautiful mourning'. Corrrrr!!!

You dirty old men!
I recently bought a DVD of all 6 (surviving) episodes of 'The Ken Dodd Laughter Show' which has jut been given a professional release - Rita Webb was one of the recurring stars. Okay, her performance was totally Potty Aunt Ada, but so funny!! It was nice to see the connection to Steptoe!!
PS anyone interested in him, the Doddy DVD was well worth the cash! In my opinion anyway! _________________ "I was a wee bit Brahms and Liszt" |
